Topeka Faith in Action - No Place Like Home
Topeka Faith In Action - No Place Like Home - is an interfaith coalition of volunteers whose mission is to provide non-professional, non-medical services to persons residing in Shawnee County who are 60 or older, to assist them in living independently in our community. There is no charge to the recipients of our care. TFIA is part of a nationwide Faith in Action initiative funded by a seed grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and now supported locally by the members of our coalition and contributions from the community. TFIA is a not-for-profit organization and is housed on the Midland Care Connection campus in Topeka, Kansas.
